-Just got back from a great California tour with Ikebe Shakedown! Played shows in Fullerton, San Francisco, and Santa Cruz and a wedding in Palm Springs. We also spent 4 days in the recording studio at Killion Sound, engineered by Sergio Rios, guitarist of the band Orgone (you've gotta check these guys out if you're not familiar with them). I really enjoyed the recording experience at Killion - the studio has a cool live setup, the gear has good raw, fat sounds with lots of vibe, and it was really great working with Sergio. Watch for a full-length Ikebe Shakedown album to be released early next year!
